The story we wish to tell you does not come from afar: it was there, hidden beneath heavy veils, and now it resurfaces to make its mark and envelop the walls of everyday life. This is the inspiration behind the wallpaper collection inspired by “Mia”. Our figures are light yet assertive presences. They are splendidly unfinished beings who choose to live with their eyes closed, simply because they are able to see without hindrance. They seek no redemption, they are not born of a need: they embody, in its purest form, the magic of being. Behind their lines lies the gesture—both political and poetic—of our duo: a constant dialogue between a man and a woman to celebrate the wonder of the feminine. Not for fashion, not for trends, but for a profound need for truth. In this collection, we have made a deliberate choice: none of these women carries with her a biography or a closed narrative. There is no story already written by us. What appears to be missing is, in reality, a space left open, filled by the silent power of the image and, above all, by the eyes of the beholder. Transforming into an element of interior design, the work steps off the canvas to enter people’s lives: it will be those who observe it every day who add the final fragment, weaving their own experiences with those of the illustration and making it, forever, intimately ‘their own’.
